Description
Bulk rate is based off combined quantity of all PURSE FRAMES.
These purse frames are sized for clutches or oversized change wallets. They are finished in nickel, a silver finish substitute. Although the picture shows some black, it is very shiny (the black is due to reflection).
craft tip: You will need fabric glue to install your fabric onto the frame.
